Iron Coach

Terms of service

Private beta terms for Iron Coach.

These terms apply to Iron Coach, a private beta strength-training app provided by James Read. By using Iron Coach, you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy, and the Health disclaimer.

Beta access

Iron Coach is currently free private beta software. Access may be changed, paused, or withdrawn while the product is tested. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice during beta.

Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Iron Coach. Do not share your account, upload another person's training data, attack the service, scrape private data, or use Iron Coach for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Training responsibility

Iron Coach provides workout logging, planning, review, and training guidance only. It is not medical advice, not safety advice, not personal supervision, not emergency support, and not a guarantee of results. You are responsible for deciding whether to train, how to train, what load to use, how to set up equipment, and whether an exercise or prescription is safe for you on the day.

Data and support

Data use is described in the Privacy policy. Account deletion and full account data export are currently handled through support during beta rather than self-service controls.

Liability

Iron Coach is provided as-is during beta. To the fullest extent allowed by law, James Read is not responsible for training outcomes, gym incidents, equipment issues, injury from your training decisions, loss of access, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
